This September, journey through the flavours, traditions and vibrant culinary culture of Spain with Eat Spain, Drink Spain at Bar Olé Applecross.

For one month only, we’re celebrating the very best of Spanish food and wine with an exclusive multi-course menu showcasing premium produce, regional specialties and carefully matched Spanish pours. From scallops finished with Manchego and cane honey to smoky San Simón cheese fritters, tender lamb backstrap and the iconic Tarta de Santiago, each course is inspired by the rich flavours and stories of Spain.

Thoughtfully curated wine pairings are available throughout the experience, featuring standout Spanish varietals including Cava, Albariño, Tempranillo Reserva and Pedro Ximénez.
